Rango. Or, The Animated Movie I'm Most Excited To See Next Year

Usually, for animation, you stuff all the little voice actors into a small room with a microphone (either separately or in groups of 2 or 3) and record their voices. Not if you're Gore Verbinski. If you're Gore, you have your actors act out on a stage what their characters are doing as they deliver the dialog, and then use that footage to animate the characters.

See what I mean? Looks like a hell of a lot of fun.
